Where Is My Nearest Relay Drop-Off Point for Vinted?

Last updated · Facts checked

Vinted shows Relay drop-off points on its own map, but only once you have a sale: open the conversation with the buyer and press 'Get shipping label'. Relay runs only in selected regions, so no outside list can be trusted. If Relay doesn't appear, you or the buyer is probably outside its area.

If you searched for a Relay drop-off near you, you probably expected a postcode box or a list of shops. Vinted doesn't give one. For what Relay is and how it compares with other couriers, see our Relay guide.

Where is my nearest Relay drop-off point for Vinted?

Vinted's own map shows it, once you have a sale. Open the conversation with the buyer and press 'Get shipping label', and the map lists all available Relay locations. Vinted publishes no list of Relay areas, and Relay is only offered in selected regions, so the map in the app is the one answer that stays current.

That is why we haven't listed shops, addresses or postcodes here. Vinted's help centre says Relay is "available in selected regions, with more areas available soon", and its page doesn't list those regions. A list copied from somewhere else would date quickly, and it could send you to a shop that no longer takes Relay parcels.

How do I find the Relay map on Vinted?

You need a sale where the buyer chose Relay. Open your conversation with the buyer and press 'Get shipping label'. Vinted's help centre says its map then shows all available Relay locations, and you also get a QR code in the app and by email. Vinted's Relay help page describes the map only at this step.

Step by step:

  1. Open the conversation with the buyer in the Vinted app.
  2. Press 'Get shipping label'. The map then shows all available Relay locations.
  3. Choose a drop-off point you can get to.
  4. Show the QR code to the staff there. They print the shipping label, so you don't need a printer.
  5. Track the parcel in the same conversation. Vinted says to allow up to 48 hours after sending for tracking to appear.

Buyers see Relay locations earlier: Vinted's help centre says a buyer chooses the pick-up point where they'd like to receive the order at checkout. For sellers, Vinted's Relay page shows the drop-off map only at the 'Get shipping label' step. It doesn't describe a way for a seller to see drop-off points before a sale.

Why can't I see Relay on Vinted?

Vinted's help centre says Relay is available in selected regions, and that if either the seller or the buyer is outside the Relay service area, the Relay option won't be visible. So the usual reason is location, yours or the buyer's. Vinted doesn't publish a list of those areas. Use another courier's drop-off point instead.

What to do instead:

  • Check your postage settings. Options are switched on and off in Profile → Settings → Postage, and changes apply to future orders only. Some options can't be switched off. A switched-off option can still appear at checkout if it's the only way a buyer can complete the purchase; if that happens and you can't ship with it, Vinted says you can cancel the order without negative feedback. Our postage settings helper walks through which options to keep on.
  • Use another courier's drop-off point. The section below lists what each courier's help page names, with a link to each carrier's own finder.

Relay needs no printer, but nor do several other options. Our guide to selling on Vinted without a printer sets out which options need one.

Can I drop off a Relay parcel anywhere?

Use a location from Vinted's map. Vinted's help centre says you show the QR code to staff at the drop-off point and they print the label. Its page doesn't say that other shops, or other couriers' drop-off points, will accept a Relay parcel, so don't count on it.

Vinted describes the drop-off side of its two Relay services differently:

Relay serviceWhere Vinted's help centre says it ships from
Shop Pick-upParcel shop to parcel shop
Home DeliveryParcel shop or locker to the buyer's address

So for Home Delivery, Vinted's page names lockers as well as parcel shops. That is all it says about the types of drop-off point, so go by what the map shows for your sale.

Can I find a Relay drop-off point by postcode?

Not from Vinted's help centre, which describes a map rather than a postcode search. The map appears after you press 'Get shipping label' on a Relay sale. Any outside list of Relay shops would be a guess, because Relay is regional and Vinted says more areas are coming, so we don't publish one.

The Relay guide has a section on which parts of the UK Relay covers, with the date it was checked. Treat it as the general picture, not a promise about your street.

Other couriers' drop-off points

Each carrier has its own finder, so you can check whether one is near you before you switch the option on. Vinted's help centre names these drop-off points:

  • Royal Mail: a parcel shop (Collect+), a Post Office, a locker or a customer service point. Never a postbox: Vinted's help centre says a parcel put in a Royal Mail postbox can't be registered, won't be delivered, and no compensation will be offered. Use Royal Mail's own finder.
  • InPost: a locker or a shop. Use InPost's own locker finder.
  • Evri: a ParcelShop or a locker. Vinted says most ParcelShops have a 'Print In Store' device, but to check the drop-off point before you go. Use Evri's own ParcelShop finder.
  • DPD: a DPD parcel shop (Vinted says DPD ships from parcel shop to parcel shop). DPD isn't available in the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. Use DPD's own Pickup finder.

Relay has no finder of its own that we can point you to, which is why the Vinted map is the route.

Where this comes from

Vinted's help centre, checked 3 November 2026: Relay shipping, postage settings, Royal Mail, InPost, Evri and DPD. Vinted publishes no list of Relay areas and changes them, so the map in the app is the only up-to-date answer. The carrier finder links are each carrier's own page, which we haven't reviewed. Check the app if anything here doesn't match what you see.
