The short version

Worthmore is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. We had the site tested properly in September 2026, fixed everything that stopped someone completing a task, and listed below the things we know are still wrong. If something here gets in your way, please tell us — we would rather know.

What this covers

This statement applies to everything on worthmore.uk: the pricing tool at /go, the five smaller tools (Atelier, Style, Cupboard, Play and Trainer), the fee calculator, the brand price guides and the written guides.

How you can use Worthmore

  • Every tool can be operated by keyboard alone, without a mouse.
  • Every focused control shows a visible outline, so you can see where you are on the page.
  • When a result appears, we move you to it and read out the important part — the price, the match, the outcome of a round.
  • Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and at 200% zoom.
  • If you have asked your device for reduced motion, the homepage animation does not run at all. Nothing on the site loops indefinitely.
  • Text can be resized and recoloured by your browser or operating system.

What we know is not accessible

These came out of the September 2026 audit and are not fixed yet. None of them stops you completing a task, but each one makes something harder than it should be.

Contrast

  • Two small badges on the fee calculator sit a little under the contrast minimum (WCAG 1.4.3).
  • The hover state of one button in Cupboard drops below the minimum (1.4.3).

Structure and labelling

  • In Atelier and Trainer, the groups of choices are not announced with their group name, so a screen reader says “tote, pressed” without “silhouette” (1.3.1).
  • Trainer's colour swatches are announced by their internal name rather than a human one, and its condition slider reads a number instead of a condition (1.3.1, 4.1.2).
  • The Style quiz has no main landmark or skip link, and its progress bar is unnamed (1.3.1, 2.4.1, 4.1.2).

Forms and motion

  • The fee calculator accepts an invalid price without explaining what is wrong (3.3.1).
  • Some loading animations still move when you have asked for reduced motion (2.3.3, a AAA criterion we would like to meet anyway).
  • A sticky button bar can sit over a control you have just tabbed to on long pages (2.4.11).

We expect to have this list cleared during 2026. It will shrink here as we go.

Getting a price another way

If any part of the tool is unusable for you, email hello@worthmore.uk with the item — the brand, what it is, the size and the condition — and we will send you the price guidance and the listing text by reply. There is no charge for this.

Telling us about a problem

We want to hear about anything we have missed. Email hello@worthmore.uk, saying what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within five working days.

If you are not happy with how we respond, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) gives free advice on the Equality Act 2010, and the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing it.

How we tested

Worthmore is a small independent site, and the testing was done by us rather than by an external auditor. In September 2026 we tested all fifteen public pages plus the result screen of every tool, at phone and desktop widths, using automated checks (axe-core and Lighthouse), a keyboard-only pass through every tool to its result, a screenshot-based check that every focus stop is visible, reflow at 320px and 200% zoom, target-size measurements, and reduced-motion emulation. A screen-reader pass with VoiceOver confirmed the most serious problem on the pricing tool, which is now fixed.

We last tested on 11 September 2026, and review this statement at least once a year.

Worthmore is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Vinted, Depop, eBay, Vestiaire Collective, or any other resale platform.
