Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 May 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Worthmore. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is intended for personal use by casual individual resellers in the UK. It is not intended for commercial or business use.

2. What the service does

Worthmore provides pricing estimates, platform recommendations, and listing copy templates to help UK casual resellers price and list secondhand items.

All pricing estimates are based on historical sales data held in our database. They are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of sale value or any form of financial advice. Actual resale prices depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, item presentation, and buyer demand.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Vinted, Depop, eBay, Vestiaire Collective, or any other resale platform. Platform names are used descriptively only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically extract our pricing data
  • Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
  • Use automated tools to query the service at scale
  • Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and data on Worthmore (other than content you provide) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without our written consent. Content you provide remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our pricing estimates
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

6. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes.

7. Governing law
